No. It is only by putting them on disc that the printing and carriage charges can be kept to a minimum.

Yes, but, perhaps unfortunately, they are no longer available.

Sorry, but no.

Do you make a charge for p&p?

For destinations within the UK single discs are free of p&p.

Overseas postal rates will, of course, be subject to standard charges.
